  Visited the shop yesterday with my father, who asked for a size 8 and a half shoe. The gentleman in charge explained that they don't stock half sizes and no sensible store owner would as it means stocking twice as many shoes. Really indignant. I replied but that means that half of your customers can't find shoes that fit them properly too. Closing comments to my father were 'cut your toes off'. He also told me he 'could teach me a thing or two about customer service/marketing after 35 years in the business. Really? Needless to say we will not be bothering him again! Two star rating because I quite liked the Vivienne Westwood pumps that they stock (but didn't want to buy)
