I was recently on holiday in Whitby and the screw holding the arm of my glasses fell out (probably landed in the harbour!) After struggling for a couple of days with it mended via a paper-clip, I went into Vision Express and was greeted by a lovely lady (I'm sorry but I didn't catch her name) She fixed the glasses in no time and then told me there was no charge. I was so impressed by this service :) Would highly recommend this wonderful shop and the staff.
